Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking two experienced and collaborative individuals to join our unique environment serving only high-end clients on Longboat Key. You must have a Florida CAM License and must reside in Sarasota or Manatee County. The first CAM position is to manage a portfolio of six condo and homeowner associations. Contrary to being isolated with only a target number of client hours, you will be joined by other CAMs and office specialists all working together to foster solid working relationships with Boards of Directors and Association Members. Time has its importance, but positive results are what we promise and what we deliver to our clients. Our office overlooks the Golf Course at the Longboat Key Club with excellent business and personal facilities. Our technology environment emphasizes integration pf PCs with Smartphones with "in the cloud" records and creative use of AI applications. The second CAM position is onsite management of a beachfront high-rise. This is a conversion from self-management where a CAM with self-confidence and competency will improve the office functions and move the needle on any doubters of our professionalism and value. The attractive property has very limited rentals and is governed by a solid Board. It is in excellent condition with a management office, club room, and janitorial and maintenance staffing.
