• people, operations, quality, customer service, and results.

Reporting directly to the owner, you will build and lead the team, enforce service standards, and drive revenue and profitability. This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone who leads from the front and gets results. What You Will Do Build and manage the team: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance, and retention Lead daily cleaning operations: staffing, coverage, supplies readiness, and on-site execution Own service quality: standards, inspections, audits, and rework reduction Manage customer service: communication, complaint resolution, and client retention Control supplies, purchasing, inventory, and operating costs Build and report weekly and monthly KPIs (revenue, retention, service quality, labor efficiency, profitability) and drive continuous improvement Support sales and growth: lead handling, proposals, customer onboarding, and renewals What We Are Looking For Fluent in English AND Portuguese

• spoken and written (required) 3+ years in operations or team management (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, or service industry preferred) Proven people leadership
• hiring, coaching, and holding a team accountable Strong organization, problem-solving, and customer-first mindset Comfortable with KPIs, scheduling tools, and spreadsheets Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required) Authorized to work in the U.
