• About the Role
• We are looking for a detail-oriented and licensed Real Estate Professional to oversee a portfolio of single-family residential properties. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both property owners and tenants, ensuring that properties are well-maintained, occupancy remains high, and all operations comply with state and local real estate regulations.
• Key Responsibilities

• Tenant Relations:

  Manage the full lifecycle of the tenant experience, including lead generation, property showings, tenant screening, lease signings, and move-out inspections.

• Maintenance Oversight:

  Coordinate routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency service calls. You will be responsible for vetting vendors and contractors to ensure quality, cost-effective work.

• Rent & Financials:

  Oversee timely rent collection, manage late notices, and provide accurate monthly financial reports to property owners.

• Regulatory Compliance:

  Ensure all management practices, lease agreements, and eviction proceedings (when necessary) adhere strictly to state landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.

• Property Inspections:

  Perform periodic property walkthroughs to ensure tenant compliance with lease terms and identify necessary property upgrades or repairs.
• Qualifications

• Licensure:

  Valid State Real Estate License (Required).

• Experience:

  Previous experience in residential property management or real estate leasing preferred.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you must be comfortable mediating between tenants and owners.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency with property management software (e.g., AppFolio) and general office productivity tools.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations, such as emergency repairs or tenant disputes, with professionalism and calm.

From $45,000.00 per year
