Job Description
Fast paced Property Management Company has a full-time position open for a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) portfolio management. Applicants must be proficient with computers, learn software programs easily, have attention to detail, and have dependable transportation. The CAM provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure the property is maintained and operated between the governing Board of Directors and management company. Applicants must be CAM's certified and licensed by the State of Florida or willing to get certified. Strong skills in management, customer service, and supervisory in support of the care and maintenance of the communities they service. Competitive salary and benefits. In addition to the salary, LCAM receive overrides on all Associations handled and gas allowance.
