Job Description
Overview We are looking for a proactive and very organized LCAM to handle day to day operations of a 124 units Condo in the Miami Beach area. Duties Customer Service, inspecting regularly the property, supervise the maintenance personnel and vendors working in the building, maintain accurate records of the leasing and sale of the units, and of the move in and out procedures. Cooperate with the Condo Board, keeping records of Board meetings Cooperate with the Accounting Team providing them with accurate information of income and expenses, invoices, etc. Qualifications 3 years + experience as Community Association Manager, LCAM License, extremely organized, capable of generate and maintain digital records, familiar with City and State Regulations and of Chapter 718 of
