As a High-Rise Residential Security Officer, you will serve as both the primary line of defense and the face of the property, safeguarding residents, guests, and physical assets while delivering top-tier luxury hospitality. Core Responsibilities Access Control & Concierge Oversight:

Monitor building entry points, verify resident credentials, check in guests/vendors, and deliver high-touch customer service (directions, assistance, escort services).

Patrols & Surveillance:

Conduct active foot patrols across common areas, shared amenities, access corridors, and parking structures; continuously monitor CCTV feeds and alarm panels.

Incident Management & Enforcement:

Neutralize safety hazards, enforce property rules, de-escalate conflicts, and execute emergency protocols alongside property management during evacuations or critical incidents.

Digital Logging & Reporting:

Prepare accurate daily activity logs, visitor records, and detailed incident reports via mobile software.

Facility Maintenance Checks:

Identify structural defects, lighting failures, or maintenance hazards during shifts and submit prompt repair reports.

Candidate Requirements Licenses:

Active Florida Class "D" Security License (Mandatory) & Valid Florida Driver's License (Mandatory).

Languages:

Fully fluent in both English and Spanish (Mandatory).

Professional Presence:

Excellent verbal/written communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor tailored to high-end residential spaces.

Tech Proficiency:

Comfortable operating computers and using a personal smartphone for app-based logging, team communication, and Incident reporting.

Schedule Flexibility:

Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
