We are seeking a Hospitality Security Supervisor to oversee security operations across upscale residential communities, hospitality venues, and nightlife establishments. This role requires a strong leader with experience in high-pressure environments who can maintain a safe, controlled, and discreet atmosphere while ensuring professionalism, rapid response, and sound judgment at all times. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate security teams across multiple luxury properties and venues Maintain a safe, professional, and controlled environment for guests, residents, and staff Manage access control, crowd flow, and incident response in high-energy environments Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and security-related incidents Ensure enforcement of company standards, policies, and client expectations Coordinate with management, venue staff, and law enforcement when necessary Prepare clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports Train and mentor security personnel to uphold operational excellence Requirements Active Florida Class D Security Officer License (required) Prior security experience required (supervisory experience strongly preferred) Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Strong leadership presence and professional communication skills Must maintain a neat and professional grooming standard consistent with hospitality and security industry expectations Ability to perform physical security duties, including standing and walking for extended periods, responding to incidents, and occasionally lifting or moving from 50 lbs and up as needed.
