Job Description

Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented, Assistant Property Manager to join our property management team in Naples, FL. In this energetic role, you will support the overall operation of residential or commercial properties, ensuring smooth daily functions, exceptional tenant relations, and efficient administrative processes. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help foster a positive living or working environment while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. Duties:
Assist in managing lease or rental agreements, ensuring accurate documentation and timely renewals. Support property maintenance coordination, including scheduling repairs and conducting inspections to uphold property standards. Utilize property management tools such as Yardi to track rent payments, vacancies, and tenant information efficiently. Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members via phone, email, and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Help enforce Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws to ensure legal compliance across all leasing activities. Manage filing systems, including legal documents, contracts, and maintenance records, maintaining organized records for easy access. Contribute to budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses and assisting with financial reports related to property operations.
Qualifications:
Prior experience with property management software such as Yardi is required Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations Bilingual - Spanish - required Experience in real estate administrative tasks, including lease management and client communication. Proven ability to handle conflict management situations professionally and diplomatically. Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Background in property management company operations or facilities management is a plus. Demonstrated customer service excellence with strong negotiation skills for lease or rental agreements. Office experience involving filing, contracts, and customer relationship management tools is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
