North Bay Village, FL About Us MGL Property Management Group LLC is a small, growing property management company dedicated to providing hands-on, responsive, and professional service to condominium and homeowners' associations throughout South Florida. We are looking for someone experienced, reliable, and excited to grow with our company. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee the daily operations of a condominium community currently undergoing its 60-Year Recertification Project. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate residents, vendors, contractors, engineers, consultants, attorneys, and the Board of Directors. Key Responsibilities Manage daily condominium operations. Serve as the primary on-site contact for residents, owners, vendors, contractors, and Board members. Coordinate construction-related matters connected to the 60-Year Recertification, including access, scheduling, notices, inspections, and follow-up. Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, and compliance issues. Oversee maintenance staff, janitorial personnel, and service vendors. Respond to resident concerns professionally and in a timely manner. Prepare notices, reports, emails, and Board updates. Maintain organized records, work orders, correspondence, and project documentation. Assist with vendor proposals, contracts, insurance documents, and invoice review. Assist with collections follow-up, owner account inquiries, delinquency reports, payment plan tracking, and coordination with accounting and legal counsel as needed. Prepare Board meeting agendas and supporting materials. Attend Board of Directors meetings, record accurate meeting minutes, and follow up on Board decisions and action items. Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and Florida condominium requirements. Requirements Active Florida CAM License required. Minimum 5 years of condominium management experience preferred. Experience with major construction, restoration, recertification projects, and collections preferred. Fluent in English and Spanish required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional, reliable, and able to work effectively with residents, vendors, and Board members. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and property management software.
