Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments Upsell menu items and suggestive sell to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and providing exceptional customer service Support food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures in accordance with health regulations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or casual settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Experience with upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is a plus for supporting overall restaurant operations Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience extraordinary.
