00 per hour, based on experience. What You'll Do Support the Property Manager with day-to-day property operations, resident relations, leasing, collections, and administrative responsibilities. Assist with annual and interim recertifications while maintaining accurate and organized resident files and documentation. Communicate with residents regarding questions, notices, paperwork, account balances, and other community needs. Support affordable housing compliance requirements and assist with inspections, audits, reporting, and file preparation. Assist with leasing activities, applications, move-ins, move-outs, and maintaining strong occupancy. Partner with the Property Manager, maintenance team, and residents to help ensure community needs are addressed promptly. What We're Looking For Previous property management, affordable housing, or multifamily experience. HUD and/or Tax Credit/LIHTC experience strongly preferred. Experience with annual and interim recertifications is highly preferred. Strong customer service and resident-relations skills with professional written and verbal communication. Excellent organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A dependable, collaborative professional who takes ownership and follows through.
