Position Summary The Director of Property Onboarding & Portfolio Development is responsible for managing the complete onboarding and successful launch of new vacation rental properties while actively contributing to the continued growth of the Florida Vacay Rentals portfolio. This position serves as the central point of coordination between property owners and FVR's Sales, Marketing, Market Operations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, OTA, and Revenue Management teams. The Director owns the onboarding timeline from signed agreement through go-live, coordinating property readiness, property information, marketing, listings, rates, and all other details required for a successful launch. The Director also manages property décor transformations and rental-readiness projects , including developing design boards, preparing scopes and cost proposals for owner approval, coordinating purchasing and vendors, managing budgets and timelines, and overseeing execution through final staging and launch. A key responsibility of this position is portfolio development and sales . The Director will identify and pursue prospective owner opportunities, build relationships with property owners and industry contacts, present Florida Vacay Rentals' management services, conduct property consultations, follow up with qualified leads, and help convert prospective owners into new FVR partners. This position requires a strong combination of sales ability, relationship building, project management, organization, design judgment, and execution . The Director must be able to manage multiple properties, prospects, owners, vendors, and internal departments simultaneously while taking ownership of each opportunity from initial relationship through successful property launch. Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 Bonus Additional compensation for adding properties to portfolio.
