The Resident Manager is responsible for providing residents and team members with top tier customer service and excellence in management. The Resident Manager can demonstrate leadership and create trust with the owners and residents, as well as contractors and service providing vendors. The Resident Manager is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. They are a natural communicator with great negotiation skills and the ability to work independently. Essential Responsibilities Hands-on management of a premier Manufactured Home Community. Rent collection. Sales and marketing of new homes within the community. Building and maintaining a harmonious team. Increasing the occupancy of and decreasing the delinquency of the community. Maintain a "Clean and Green" community with good rules enforcement, creating a neighborhood that you want to live in. Key Attributes Honest work ethic. Ability to problem solve. Requirements Tech savvy with computer programs and phone applications. Understanding of property management. References. Basic accounting knowledge. Background check with pre-employment drug screen Compensation $2441.50 a month salary paid semi-monthly Bonus based on community performance (up to $1737 per month) $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement $250 general reimbursement monthly Paid vacation and sick time Onsite housing and utilites provided.
