Thursday Weekly Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm Expected Start date: Immediately Growing national Property Management Company is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for their multi-family affordable housing property. The ideal candidate should possess high energy and be able to multi-task. Expert communication and relationship-building skills paired with outstanding customer service and the ability to embrace a shared responsibility environment will make you a successful candidate!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing of property Create and implement resident activities and calendar Coordinate with Manager to oversee website & social media activity Assist with rent collection, maintain availability Management of leasing and renewals Coordinate invoices, vendors and work orders with maintenance This description is not an all-inclusive list of functions and tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of multifamily property management experience preferred Experience in LIHTC Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram Excellent verbal and written skills are required Must be adaptable, able to multi-task, and prioritize Professional appearance and demeanor required Must have the ability to create relationships/rapport with residents; ability to work with a diverse array of people and customers Must pass criminal background check
