The Ellery Apartments is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our incredible team! What You'll Do As Assistant Community Manager , you will play a key role in the operational success of the property and the satisfaction of our residents.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and maintaining accurate financial records Supports the overall marketing and leasing efforts for the property Prepare monthly survey reports to analyze real estate trends and local market conditions Posting and reconciling transactions from receipts, invoices, and other documentation Maintaining resident files and systems Offers recommendations to management regarding improvements to the overall operation of the community Assisting residents and resolving concerns with professionalism and care Supervising leasing and maintenance teams in the absence of the Community Manager What We're Looking For 2-3 years of experience in property management within the multi-family industry Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software preferred Strong attention to detail and task orientation Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills Perks at
