About the Position We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Community Association Manager (CAM) with atleast three years' experience to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential homeowner's association (HOA). The ideal candidate is a professional, proactive, and service-oriented manager who can effectively communicate with homeowners, Board members, vendors, and contractors while ensuring the community is managed in accordance with its governing documents, policies, and applicable regulations. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations and administrative functions of the HOA Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and Board members Maintain professional and timely communication with residents and the Board Coordinate, schedule, and oversee vendors, contractors, and maintenance services Prepare for and attend Board of Directors meetings Assist with meeting agendas, notices, minutes, and follow-up items Prepare and manage association correspondence and records Assist with annual budgets, financial reporting, and expense oversight Monitor community maintenance, inspections, and ongoing projects Respond to homeowner concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner Assist with enforcement of community rules, regulations, and governing documents Maintain accurate association records and documentation Monitor important deadlines, contracts, renewals, and compliance requirements Work closely with the Board to implement decisions and achieve community goals Qualifications Active CAM license required Previous HOA or community association management experience required Strong knowledge of HOA operations and governing documents Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Professional, courteous, and customer-service-oriented approach Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and standard property/HOA management software Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Board members and vendors What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, communicates proactively, and understands the importance of maintaining positive relationships within the community.
