Dream Live Prosper Communities is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead lease-up for an affordable, workforce multifamily community. You'll oversee all leasing activities, from marketing and lead generation to tours, applications, and move-ins, ensuring quick occupancy while upholding fair housing standards. Partner closely with residents and on-site staff to foster a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment. You'll track performance metrics, manage leasing documentation, and support community events, gaining broad exposure to property operations, resident services, and real estate management with room to grow. Responsibilities Lead lease-up strategy and day-to-day leasing operations to achieve targeted occupancy and revenue goals. Market the community through online listings, outreach, and partnerships to generate qualified leads. Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and apply effective sales and closing techniques. Process applications, verify eligibility, and prepare accurate leases and move-in documentation. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and company policies in all leasing activities. Maintain detailed records in property management software and track key leasing and occupancy metrics. Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure units are ready for showings and move-ins. Support resident onboarding and community-building events to foster a respectful, inclusive environment. Handle resident concerns professionally, escalating issues when appropriate to property leadership. Provide regular leasing performance updates and recommendations for pricing, concessions, and marketing.
