Dune Vacation Rentals is looking for an experienced Vacation Rental Property Manager to join a team that works hard, has each other's backs, and makes room for every new team member to belong. We manage luxury vacation homes and work together to create "Raving Fans" of both our guests and homeowners. What Makes This Role Different Our property managers are involved in the entire vacation rental experience. You won't only inspect homes or coordinate maintenance. You will also speak directly with guests, book reservations, support homeowners, solve problems, and ensure your properties are ready for every arrival. It is a busy, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being part of a team that helps one another. Each property manager oversees no more than 15 homes, allowing you to know your properties and provide truly personalized service. What You'll Do Answer calls and help prospective guests select and book vacation homes Assist guests before, during, and after their stays Build strong, professional relationships with homeowners Inspect homes after cleaning and prepare them for guest arrivals Identify and coordinate solutions for housekeeping and maintenance issues Respond quickly to calls, texts, and unexpected situations Maintain accurate information in our property management software Work closely with teammates to provide exceptional service Who We're Looking For At least one year of short-term vacation rental property management experience Strong guest service, communication, and reservation sales skills Excellent organization and attention to detail A dependable, self-motivated approach to work The ability to prioritize and remain calm in a fast-paced environment A positive, solutions-focused attitude A genuine team player who is willing to step in and help Strong computer and writing skills Streamline software experience is a plus Clean driving record This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and making a meaningful difference for guests and homeowners.
