at all times. Manage all aspects of property leasing, including conducting tours, processing applications, and upselling available units to prospective tenants. Oversee lease agreements, contracts, and legal documentation, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Landlord-Tenant law. Utilize ENTRATA property management software to maintain accurate data entry, rent collections, and resident records. Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management ensuring timely repairs and upkeep of the community's physical assets. Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism via phone etiquette and in-person interactions, fostering positive relationships with residents and prospects. Enforce lease policies and resolve conflicts effectively through conflict management skills while maintaining a positive community atmosphere. Maintain thorough filing systems for legal documents, contracts, and administrative records; support legal administrative processes as needed. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and facilitate prompt resolution of maintenance issues. Support leasing efforts through sales techniques and upselling strategies to maximize occupancy rates while adhering to Fair Housing laws. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property repairs, landscaping, and other facilities management needs to uphold community standards. Experience 3+ Years of proven experience in property management of apartment communities or multi-family housing. Hands-on experience with Entrata or similar property management systems; strong data entry skills are essential. Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, contract negotiation, and legal compliance procedures. Demonstrated ability in customer service, conflict resolution, negotiation, and upselling within a property management context. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
