We are accepting resumes to join our team as an On-Site Property Manager , On-site residence is required. You will be the driving force behind the seamless operation and exceptional management of our community and working closely with our Board of Directors. This role is a Timeshare Property Manager overseeing daily resort operations, focusing on owner/guest satisfaction, maintenance, staff, budgets, and ensuring compliance, acting as the key link between owners and guest for a seamless vacation experience. Experience required. Manage daily property operations, and owner relations to ensure a vibrant community atmosphere. Oversee property maintenance and facilities management, coordinating repairs and upgrades to maintain property value and owner satisfaction. Conduct property tours Maintain accurate data entry in property management systems . Address management issues promptly and professionally to resolve disputes effectively. Prepare reports on occupancy rates, financial performance, and maintenance status; etc. Collaborate with vendors for property maintenance and repairs. Excellent customer service skills combined with effective phone etiquette; ability to build positive relationships with owners and vendors. Skilled in conflict management and problem-solving to handle owner concerns Facilities management expertise including property maintenance coordination. Needed CAM License and Realtor/Broker License.
