Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and efficient coordinator that keeps our condominium community running smoothly. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure seamless operations, excellent tenant relations, and effective property administration. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in property management, customer service, and administrative support within a vibrant residential environment. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones with professionalism and courtesy, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries promptly. Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, rental payments, and tenant communications using property management tools such as Yardi and OneSite. Assist with lease or rental agreement management, ensuring all documentation complies with legal standards including landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations. Support property maintenance coordination by scheduling repairs, tracking work orders, and liaising with maintenance teams to ensure tenant satisfaction. Handle client communication effectively, resolving conflicts with tact and professionalism while fostering positive relationships with residents and vendors. Prepare reports related to budgeting, occupancy rates, and property performance; assist in financial data entry and filing for audit readiness. Skills Proficiency in property management software such as Excel, Word, Avidxchange or similar tools for data entry, leasing, and client relationship management. Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette; ability to handle conflict management gracefully. Familiarity with property management operations including facilities management, property maintenance coordination, and basic budgeting. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and correspondence. Demonstrated team management capabilities along with strong organizational skills for filing, data entry, and record keeping in a fast-paced environment.
