Apply now for Lobby Attendant position: The Lobby Attendant is responsible for cleaning, sanitation and safety of the front lobby area and other areas of the hotel to adhere to the hotel and brand standards. Ensures that the entire front lobby is clean and presentable for the guest by completing a checklist of various cleaning jobs. Immediately responds to any potential dangerous conditions such as a wet floor due to guests tracking in rain. Cleans pool area and restrooms. Cleans all public restrooms and stocks all necessary items. Empties the trash from all office, including the Human Resources, Sales, Executive and Front offices. Assist in laundry. Makes sure the glass on all doors and windows are clean. High and low dust Dusting of all artifacts and polishing of all wood. Experience, Skills and Knowledge High School diploma or equivalent required. At least one year of experience in a hotel or related field preferred. Ability to stand during entire shift. Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
