DISC Village, Inc. is a private non-profit behavioral health organization operating in and throughout the Big Bend area of North Florida for over 50 years. Providing expertise in services in the areas of substance abuse, mental health, and child welfare to adults, adolescents, and families. We are currently seeking a full-time Residential Supervisor to lead our residential men's program (NBRC) . This position is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of the program, which provides residential treatment for chemically dependent men. The Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care within a structured and therapeutic environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of program operations, ensuring compliance with contracts, policies, and procedures. Facilitate therapeutic and educational groups, house meetings, morning meetings, support groups, and evening wrap-ups as needed. Carry a small caseload in non-routine situations when staffing needs arise. Conduct case management phone contacts and maintain accurate documentation. Lead weekly staff meetings, including one mandatory monthly meeting. Supervise Counselor II and all clinical staff. Manage personnel functions, including hiring, timesheet approval, performance evaluations, and completing corrective actions. Participate in the program's "On Call" rotation.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in a behavioral science field or bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field. Certification from the state of Florida as a Certified Additions Professional (CAP ), which may substitute for a master's degree. Experience working with substance abuse clients in a residential setting. Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication and computer skills are essential. Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of car insurance.
