Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! Manage day-to-day leasing activities and assist prospective residents throughout the application and leasing process. Respond to prospective resident inquiries and provide accurate information regarding availability, community features, and rental requirements. Conduct property and apartment tours and follow up with prospective residents. Assist applicants with rental applications and collect required eligibility and income documentation. Support applicant qualification processes in accordance with applicable HUD and/or LIHTC/Tax Credit program requirements. Maintain organized and accurate prospect, applicant, and resident files. Assist with certifications, recertifications, renewals, and other affordable housing documentation as applicable. Track leasing activity, applications, move-ins, and occupancy goals. Provide professional customer service to current and prospective residents in both English and Spanish. Assist with resident retention and other leasing or community-related responsibilities as needed.

Position Requirements:

Bilingual English/Spanish required. Working knowledge of HUD, Section 8, and/or LIHTC/Tax Credit programs strongly preferred. Experience with affordable housing applications, income qualification, certifications/recertifications, or compliance documentation required. Strong understanding of the leasing process from initial inquiry through application, approval, and move-in. Knowledge of Fair Housing practices. Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Ability to maintain accurate documentation and handle confidential resident information. Property management software experience preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced apartment community environment.
