Floating Assistant Property Manager 📍Location:
This position supports RPS apartment communities in the Orlando, Melbourne, and Titusville areas. 🏢About Us:
As a leading, nationwide residential property owner, we are committed to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. Our focus on outstanding customer service and creating secure, welcoming environments sets us apart in the industry. ✅Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in multi-family, tax credit/affordable housing
- Yardi experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid Driver's License required (this is a traveling position) 💼
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in achieving community goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously
- Manage work orders and maintenance requests using Yardi software
- Coordinate lease renewals and rental increases
- Conduct unit inspections and move-in/move-out processes
- Support leasing activities and resident relations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation 🎯
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in Assistant or Leasing positions within the apartment industry; affordable community and Yardi experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and property management software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws
- Valid Driver's License required 🎁
