We're looking for someone who understands the expectations of Class A residents, knows how to lead and develop a high-performing team, and has a track record of driving occupancy, revenue, resident satisfaction, and overall asset performance. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success managing a conventional Class A luxury apartment community, excels at building and motivating teams, and is committed to delivering an exceptional resident experience while maintaining the highest operational standards. If you have a proven history of maximizing property performance, developing talented teams, and creating an outstanding living experience for residents, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day operations of a Conventional Class A apartment community. Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing onsite team. Drive occupancy, resident retention, and revenue growth. Manage budgets, collections, financial reporting, and expense control. Maintain exceptional curb appeal and community standards. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and outstanding customer service. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and operational standards. Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and business partners. Partner closely with regional leadership to execute business strategies and achieve property goals. What We're Looking For Three or more years of Community Manager experience in multifamily housing. Previous experience managing a Conventional Class A apartment community strongly preferred. Demonstrated success leading and developing onsite teams. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, occupancy, collections, and revenue performance. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred. A proactive leader who leads with integrity, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
