Bonus based on performance Paid time off Training & development Property Management is a multifamily property management company built to deliver hands-on, owner-minded management across a growing portfolio of communities. We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Property Manager to lead operations at Harmony and be part of a team that's setting the standard for how these properties are run. Position Summary The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Harmony, including leasing, resident relations, financial performance, and staff supervision. This role reports directly to the Head of Property Management and plays a key part in delivering on occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals. Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring it runs efficiently and meets company standards Drive leasing performance: manage traffic, conversions, renewals, and occupancy targets Prepare and manage the property's budget; monitor income and expenses against plan Supervise, train, and support on-site staff (leasing agents, maintenance team) Ensure timely rent collection and manage delinquency, including the eviction process when necessary Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal and identify maintenance needs Respond to resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and all applicable state/local regulations Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, capital projects, and ongoing maintenance Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for ownership and the corporate team Maintain accurate resident and property records in the property management software Qualifications 2+ years of property management experience, multifamily preferred Strong understanding of leasing, budgeting, and financial reporting Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations Experience with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, or similar) Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and motivate an on-site team CAM or CPM certification a plus, not required What We Offer Competitive salary plus performance bonuses Paid time off Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling company
