We are looking for someone to come on board and quickly learn the job, process applications both effectively and expeditiously, and be flexible to the demands of a fast paced job. Duties of the position include but are not limited to: Extensive paperwork to qualify move ins and recertifications Signing leases Monthly inspections Tenant services Rent collections Evictions Picking up garbage on grounds Light office cleaning This position will be full time. Previous work experience with property management not required. Ability to be respectful and diplomatic with all socioeconomic groups. Must be able to handle all information confidentially and professionally. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. We are looking for an organized individual with experience in customer service and general office skills. Housing experience a plus!
