Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Residential HVAC Supervisor and License Holder to lead our new HVAC service team in delivering top-tier heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions to our valued clients. In this dynamic role, you will oversee installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of residential HVAC systems, ensuring all work meets safety standards and quality expectations. Your expertise in HVAC design, system repair, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical systems will drive operational excellence while providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader passionate about residential service and install work. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the residential HVAC service team, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to safety protocols. Lead HVAC system installations, repairs, and maintenance activities with precision and efficiency. Diagnose complex electrical issues using schematics, electrical diagnostics tools such as ohmmeters, and troubleshooting techniques. Perform comprehensive HVAC system repairs including air conditioning units, furnaces and other mechanical systems. Train new service and install techs. Maintain detailed documentation in ServiceTitan. Experience Proven construction experience with a strong background in residential HVAC systems. Service technician experience in troubleshooting HVAC/R equipment. Proven sales and training experience. Mechanical knowledge encompassing plumbing, electrical systems, mechanical systems repair, and HVAC system installation. Familiarity with schematics interpretation, HVAC design principles, and building automation systems is highly desirable. Valid state HVAC license or certification required; EPA certification is mandatory for handling refrigerants. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
