This role is vital in ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. The ideal candidate will lead facilities maintenance teams, manage vendor relationships, and implement safety regulations to maintain a high standard of property performance. Your leadership will drive the success of our property management initiatives, ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment that meets organizational goals and regulatory standards. Duties Supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance teams responsible for mechanical systems repair, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC system repair, and industrial maintenance. Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations and engineering troubleshooting best practices. Oversee the management of mechanical systems schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and HVAC system documentation to facilitate troubleshooting and repairs. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA standards, safety regulations, and facility policies. Lead project management efforts for facility upgrades or repairs, including managing budgets, timelines, and contractor/vendor relationships. Train and supervise staff on maintenance procedures, safety protocols, use of tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment for electrical or mechanical troubleshooting. Ensure all facilities meet high voltage and low voltage electrical standards while maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex issues related to mechanical systems or electrical failures. Maintain detailed reports on maintenance activities, safety inspections, and repair logs to support continuous improvement initiatives. Experience Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams within industrial or commercial environments. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems repair, HVAC systems repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical systems (including high voltage), and industrial maintenance procedures. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining team motivation. Excellent communication skills in English for effective team coordination and reporting purposes. Experience managing facilities projects from planning through execution with a focus on safety regulations and quality standards. Knowledge of electrical testing tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, ammeters; experience working with high voltage systems is preferred.
