A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Property Manager (English/Spanish) to oversee the daily operations of multiple apartment communities . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be highly organized, and capable of managing tenants, maintenance, and financial performance. A comprehensive understanding of property management and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our residents is essential. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with all regulations. Ensure high occupancy and timely rent collection Coordinate maintenance and repairs with on-site maintenance and vendors Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Manage lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify areas for improvement. Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, including sales techniques and upselling available units. Administer contracts with vendors and contractors, ensuring competitive pricing and quality service. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to property management. Respond to tenant concerns professionally and promptly Maintain accurate records and reporting Work closely with ownership to meet financial and operational goals Experience Proven experience in property management, preferably in a multi-site role. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
