Exceptional Community Services is currently hiring a Residential Manager DDP in Monroe, GA to lead multiple residential programs and support a strong stable team environment. In this role, you'll oversee operations across several homes, balancing big-picture leadership with day-to-day problem-solving, keeping programs running smoothly while meeting regulatory expectations. Job Duties:
Oversee day-to-day operations of residential programs and lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care Manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage needs to maintain consistent and reliable operations Ensure all compliance documentation, reporting, and paperwork are completed accurately and on time in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards Coordinate and participate in state visits, audits, and annual client meetings Respond to occasional emergencies and support staff as needed Provide overall program leadership across multiple residential homes, promoting consistency, staff accountability, and a positive living environment for clients
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; psychology, social work, social science or human services programs preferred 2+ years of experience in residential or human services 1+ years of supervisory or program management experience Current Georgia driver's license & reliable personal vehicle required If you're looking for a role where your leadership is valued, your work has purpose, and your day-to-day feels manageable, apply now!
