Responsibilities Specialize in direct-response marketing, database reactivation, outbound calling, follow-up, lead generation, and appointment setting. Experience with service titan Manage plumbing calls for residential and commercial clients while adhering to company policy. Actively engage in customer service by communicating project progress, addressing client concerns, and scheduling appointments efficiently to maximize productivity. Set appointments for service calls or project consultations through proactive outreach, ensuring a steady flow of business opportunities. managing multiple projects simultaneously. Skills Extensive knowledge of plumbing estimating. Proven experience in managing plumbing teams within residential or light commercial service environments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members alike. Familiarity with plumbing service or general maintenance.
