Overview A private residential community is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of upscale residential rental properties. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned properties, providing a high level of service to property owners and tenants while ensuring each residence is professionally maintained and managed. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Strong communication, customer service, financial, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position with occasional evening and weekend availability required. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of residential rental properties. Serve as a primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, vendors, and real estate professionals. Coordinate leasing activities, including property showings, lease renewals, tenant communications, and related documentation. Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vendor services to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard. Maintain accurate and organized property, tenant, vendor, and financial records. Assist with rent collection, owner reporting, vendor payments, financial reporting, and other property-related financial responsibilities. Ensure compliance with applicable Georgia real estate regulations, Fair Housing requirements, and property management standards. Respond to property and tenant needs in a timely and professional manner. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Active Georgia Real Estate License required , with a minimum of two years of related experience. Previous property management experience preferred. Familiarity with property management software and electronic signature platforms. Previous experience in real estate, customer service, administration, or operations is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative. Professional and service-oriented approach when working with property owners, tenants, vendors, and other partners.
