We're looking for leaders who are passionate about people, performance, and building thriving communities. About the Role We're hiring a Community Manager to lead one of our multifamily properties. You'll oversee daily operations, team performance, financial success, and resident satisfaction — ensuring your community runs smoothly and stands out in the market. What You'll Do Lead and develop your on-site team to deliver exceptional service. Drive leasing performance, occupancy, and renewal goals. Manage budgets, rent collections, delinquencies, and vendor partnerships. Oversee property maintenance, safety, and curb appeal standards. Build strong resident relationships and host engagement events. Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and safety regulations. What We're Looking For 3-4 years of multifamily property management experience. Proven leadership and team development skills. Strong understanding of leasing, operations, and resident relations. Proficiency with RealPage or similar property management software. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. CAM or CPM certification preferred. Valid driver's license required. Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (weekends as needed).
