Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial or residential facilities. This role involves managing maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining the overall functionality and safety of the property. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, mechanical knowledge, and expertise in facilities management to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence. As a Property Manager, you will be pivotal in coordinating maintenance activities, supervising staff, and implementing efficient procedures to uphold the highest standards of property management. Responsibilities Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and maintenance repair procedures. Oversee mechanical systems repair, HVAC system repair, electrical systems troubleshooting, plumbing system maintenance, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation. Manage facilities maintenance management programs using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to schedule work orders and track asset history. Develop and implement project management plans for repairs, upgrades, or new installations involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and engineering troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards by conducting safety inspections, training staff on safety protocols, and maintaining a safe working environment. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs such as HVAC system repair or industrial maintenance projects. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, safety audits, and facility modifications using Microsoft Office tools. Experience Real Estate license preferred Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams or engineering troubleshooting staff within industrial or commercial settings. Extensive mechanical knowledge including HVAC systems repair, electrical systems experience (high voltage and low voltage), plumbing system maintenance, and electrical troubleshooting with tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Demonstrated ability to manage projects efficiently from planning through execution while adhering to safety regulations. Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking is preferred. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in fast-paced environments requiring excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards related to industrial maintenance and facilities management.
