Property Manager What You'll Do:

Oversee daily property operations and onsite staff

Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations

Support occupancy goals and community marketing efforts

Address resident questions and concerns professionally

Prepare reports, monitor budgets, and coordinate with vendors

Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation

Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing requirements, and community standards

Partner with leasing and maintenance teams to keep operations running efficiently

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Property Manager experience required
• Property management software experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of leasing, collections, renewals, and resident relations
• Experience with reporting, budgets, and vendor management
