Resident Manager:
130+ unit condominium located in Windward Oahu is accepting applications for an experienced Resident Manager. Duties include, but not limited to, the overall maintenance of the common elements, managing and assisting the in-house maintenance and other personnel, contracted services, assisting residents, house rule enforcement, requesting proposals for repair work. $60,000-$70,000/year, based on experience. Benefits include use of 1-bedroom resident manager's unit, WC and TDI.Pay:
