We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our KuemperCares initiatives, oversee program development, and foster community engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader committed to social impact and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee community outreach programs aligned with KuemperCares' mission and strategic goals. Lead a team of program managers and staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funding agencies. Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement. Manage budgets, grants, and resources efficiently to maximize program impact. Advocate for community needs and represent KuemperCares at public events, meetings, and conferences. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, nonprofit management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in program management, community outreach, or nonprofit leadership. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking abilities. Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively. Budget management and grant writing experience. Knowledge of community resources, social services, and nonprofit sector best practices. Passion for community service and making a positive impact.
