Starting wage is $23.39/hr As an Endeavor Living Casemanager, you would be responsible for developing and monitoring service plans, maintaining documentation, providing guidance and support to staff, and helping ensure individuals receive the services and support they need to be successful. This position provides opportunities to further develop your leadership skills through training and coaching direct service staff. Casemanagers also participate in the department's on-call rotation and serve as a key resource for individuals, staff, families, and community members.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm with on call duties Essential Job responsibilities: Providing training and day-to-day guidance Assess service needs and formulate goals and objectives for each person Providing appropriate casework and counseling services Maintaining accurate communication with families Maintaining accurate professional records on each individual Acting as a medication manager as needed On-call duties
