Resident Associate Med Manager Weekends Only Ridgecrest Village - 3.2 Davenport, IA Job Details 1 hour ago Qualifications Medication pass administration Certified Medication Aide Wound care supplies Full Job Description Assists residents in performing daily personal care as requested in a manner consistent with Ridgecrest Village's policies and procedures. Assists residents with activities of daily living as requested and encourage self-care when appropriate. Daily person care includes but is not limited to the following: Bathing/showering Dressing Grooming Oral care Incontinent care Assists with prosthesis, back braces and supports Ambulation/mobility Personal laundry Light housekeeping Light meal preparation Dishwashing Assistance with dining Tray service to rooms Checks temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Monitors and assists with medications within the scope of authority. Performs resident treatments within the scope of authority and as prescribed. Must be a certified medication aide and eligible to work within scope of job. Demonstrate proficiency in procedures including but not limited to wound care, application of orthopedic braces, blood sugar checks, catheter and ostomy maintenance, giving Fleets enema and rectal suppositories after instructions and demonstration per R.N. Proficiency will be filed in personnel file.
