Job Description

Join WesleyLife and Help Revolutionize the Aging Experience! As a Resident Assistant/Med Manager you will: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities. Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care. Manage and administer medication according to residents care schedules.

Open Shifts Available:

Day shift 6:00a-2:30p - Full time Evening shift 2:00p-10:30p - Full time

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older to pass medication

•State of Iowa requirement Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others Strong communication and teamwork abilities Prior healthcare experience is highly preferred What We Offer Starting pay rate based on years of experience Shift differentials for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts.
