A Residential Community Manager manages operations for an apartment community. Responsible for the maintenance and profitability of the apartment community. May provide information about the community to prospective residents, troubleshoot issues with the buildings and community residents. May also review and approve new lease applications, or be responsible for negotiating and closing sales.
Full-Time | Generally 11:00 AM-7:00 PM, with flexibility as needed Up to $23 / hour Seeking a Residential Services Supervisor to oversee residential services and support staff who provide care and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position provides hands-on leadership, staff training, scheduling support, documentation oversight, and ensures homes meet health, safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring comapny's payroll and be eligible for the company provided benefits. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Provide hands-on training, coaching, and feedback to staff Monitor residential programs and ensure quality service delivery Assist with scheduling and filling open shifts Complete payroll and employee evaluations Maintain required documentation and records Monitor staff training and compliance requirements Ensure health, safety, meal, hygiene, and household standards are maintained Participate in individual planning and house/program meetings Communicate with families, guardians, medical professionals, and other stakeholders Participate in an on-call rotation Assist with medical appointments and community activities as needed Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Associate degree in Human Services, Management, Education, or a related field or 5 years of similar experience At least 1 year of supervisory experience Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of budgeting Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. CPR/First Aid, Mandatory Reporter, CPI, or Medication Aide/Manager certification is a plus. Apply Now!
