What You'll Earn & Enjoy:

  • $25.00
  • 30.00 per hour DOE
  • Up to $4,000 annually in quarterly bonuses

Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM On-call rotation: 1 week every 4 weeks

What You'll Do:
This is a working supervisor role—you'll lead by example while staying hands-on:
  • Oversee and complete work orders & apartment turns
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and carpentry
  • Lead and execute preventive maintenance programs
  • Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members
  • Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal needs
  • Partner with Property Manager on projects, budgets, and capital improvements
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards

What You Bring:
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running:
  • 4+ years of maintenance experience (apartment/multifamily) preferred
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience
  • Vendor management and supply ordering experience preferred
  • Strong skills across plumbing, electrical, drywall, framing, carpentry
  • Welding experience is a plus
HVAC & EPA
certification
REQUIRED
with 2+ years of experience in HVAC
  • Reliable, proactive, and ready to take ownership immediately
