As the Director of Angels in the Home, you will have the opportunity to: Help individuals and families find solutions that allow them to remain safely and independently at home Build meaningful relationships with clients, families, caregivers, social workers, healthcare professionals, senior-living communities, and other community partners Grow private-pay home care and concierge services throughout Iowa Meet with prospective clients and families and help develop services around their individual needs and goals Build referral relationships and community partnerships Recruit, develop, and lead an exceptional caregiving team Oversee the client experience from the first phone call through ongoing service and care coordination Identify new services and opportunities that meet the changing needs of older adults, individuals with disabilities, and their families Take ownership of the day-to-day success and long-term growth of Angels in the Home
