Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Role Summary The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting the residential property portfolios in Pocatello. This role ensures smooth property operations, strong tenant relationships, effective communication with property owners, and consistent execution of company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate regularly with property owners, tenants, and the internal management team
  • Coordinate leasing activities and tenant services as needed
  • Oversee marketing and advertising of rental properties to maintain strong occupancy
  • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and tenant requests
  • Conduct drive-by inspections and vacancy assessments
  • Perform property inspections as required
  • Deliver notices to tenants when necessary
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support operational efficiency across the portfolio Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, property management, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to learn and use property management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (required for property visits and inspections) Salary /Benefits
  • $45,000 - $55,000
