Job Description
Seeking someone who would like to manage a BYU-I approved housing complex! Shelbourne Apartments - Men's & Women's Single Student Housing 25 - 30 hours per week average (additional hours required during check-ins and checkouts) Married Professional, friendly, personable, kind Organization skills, good time-management, problem solving skills, ability to sell Ability to perform all the tasks of management including; check-in and checkout procedures, apartment clean checks, property maintenance, respond to emergencies, interact with residents, host events, create social media content, etc. Invested in the important work of building a positive and uplifting culture at the complex Detail oriented for daily paperwork, computer based contracting and student portals Must be willing to uphold BYU-I living standards Must live onsite Work 4 consecutive office hours on weekdays + additional outside of office hours for completing the daily work as well as weekly and monthly manager trainings •Compensation is free rent and utilities plus an $800 monthly salary•Additionally, bonuses are available each semester as long as requirements are met pertaining to resident satisfaction. Prefer to have spouse involved in onsite maintenance at an hourly rate of $18
