  • As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of residential or commercial properties. Your role will involve ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenants' needs are met, and legal requirements are adhered to.
  • Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties
  • Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
  • Enforce lease agreements and property rules
  • Oversee rent collection and financial operations
  • Maintain accurate records using property management software (CMMS)
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
  • Stay updated on local landlord-tenant laws and regulations
  • Assist with Section 8 housing programs if applicable
  • Experience
  • Proven experience in property management or related field
  • Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices
  • Familiarity with legal administrative procedures related to real estate
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members
  • Understanding of property management laws and regulations
