Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial or residential facilities. This role involves managing maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing the functionality of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Duties Supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance teams, ensuring all tasks adhere to safety regulations and maintenance repair procedures. Oversee the management of mechanical systems, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage components—and plumbing system maintenance and repair. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to schedule, track, and document maintenance activities efficiently. Conduct engineering troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems using schematics, multimeters such as voltmeters and ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints while maintaining safety standards. Ensure compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations by implementing safety protocols across all maintenance activities. Monitor facilities' performance through regular inspections, schematic reviews, and system audits to identify areas for improvement or repair needs. Requirements Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with supervising team members. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system repair, electrical systems—including high voltage—plumbing system maintenance, and industrial equipment troubleshooting. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, engineering troubleshooting techniques, and safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes. Experience managing facilities maintenance management systems (CMMS) for scheduling and recordkeeping. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with team members and vendors. Knowledge of electrical experience including use of voltmeters and ohmmeters for diagnostics; ability to work safely with high voltage and low voltage systems. Mechanical systems repair expertise combined with project management capabilities to oversee large-scale maintenance initiatives effectively.
