Maintenance Manager Requirements:

2+ years of multifamily property management experience Must have: Affordable housing, project-based Section 8, LIHTC, voucher submission, tax-credit Nice to have:

RealPage, Microsoft Office Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the property Collect rent and other property fees from the residents promptly Address resident concerns professionally and efficiently Partner with the maintenance team to preserve affordable housing through preventative maintenance, timely repairs, and a highly organized make-ready process Work with the Regional Manager and corporate office to prepare and follow an operating budget, planning for community capital improvements, repairs, contract developments, and negotiations Handle all accounting functions associated with the property, including processing invoices, managing evictions, and overseeing resident accounts and charges Hire, train, and supervise site staff to ensure high performance Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards Complete income verification to ensure eligibility with government regulations Perform other duties as needed Job Application You are applying for Property Manager (Ref 39680 ) .
